Terms of Service
Effective date: November 2, 2026
These terms cover radlad.dev and the games and apps published by Rad Lad LLC, including Wisdoku, Paddle Battle, and Zoot the Duck.
Acceptance
By using the site or an app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use them. If you use an app with a child or for someone else, you accept these terms for that use.
Using the site and the apps
The site describes the studio and the apps, and how to reach us. The apps are for personal entertainment. Don’t use them to break the law, don’t interfere with how they run, and don’t copy them to resell or redistribute.
We may change, pause, or stop an app or this site. Features can differ between versions.
Purchases
Payments for our apps, including any in-app purchase, are handled by Apple’s App Store and are covered by Apple’s terms. That includes billing, receipts, refunds, and Family Sharing. We don’t take payment directly. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID that paid. If a purchase is missing, sign in with that Apple ID and use Restore Purchases where the app offers it.
Intellectual property
The apps, this site, the Rad Lad name, and the text and artwork we publish belong to Rad Lad LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the apps as they are offered. That license doesn’t transfer ownership, and it doesn’t include the right to copy, modify, or resell them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the apps are provided “as is.” We work to keep them reliable, and we don’t warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Where the law doesn’t allow a warranty to be excluded, the exclusion applies only as far as the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Rad Lad LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of the site or the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant app through the App Store in the twelve months before the claim. Where the law doesn’t allow a limit like that, it applies only as far as the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or the apps after that date means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Rad Lad LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
